Would your ADA stalls pass a TDLR inspection?
In Texas, accessible parking is enforced by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation under the Texas Accessibility Standards. TAS requires the International Symbol of Accessibility painted on the pavement of each accessible stall. A sign mounted on a post does not satisfy that requirement on its own.
You also need one accessible space for every 25 in your first 100 spaces, and at least one in every six has to be van-accessible with a wider access aisle beside it.
